Your intellectual property is treated with the highest security standards. When you upload `.dxf` or `.dwg` CAD templates, they are uploaded and stored securely inside encrypted, isolated object buckets in **Supabase Storage**.

Files are retained for exactly **90 days after your printing order is completed** in case you need linear revisions, duplicate prints, or support adjustments. After 90 days, your CAD files are permanently and automatically purged from our databases and storage buckets.

All credit card processing is handled securely by **Stripe**, one of the world's most trusted payment gateways. Stripe is fully certified as a PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider.

We use Stripe's secure **Setup Mode tokenization**. When you submit billing details, your data is processed entirely on Stripe's encrypted host systems. **At no point do your full credit card numbers touch, pass through, or reside on our servers.**

When you submit an order or reach out through our contact forms, we collect basic contact information (Name, Shop Name, Email, and Phone Number). We use **Resend** to route email notifications securely.

Your contact details are used strictly for order coordination, question follow-ups, and transactional receipts. **We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party marketing companies.**

Our site uses basic cookies to facilitate standard Stripe checkout flows and optimize routing speeds. No personal behavioral tracking or cross-site advertising cookies are established on our domain.

5. Contact Data Privacy Inquiries

If you have questions about this policy, or would like to request an immediate, manual deletion of your uploaded CAD files prior to the 90-day automated purge, please send a message using our secure contact form, and we will process your deletion request within 24 hours.
