Yes, we require a base minimum charge of $50.00 per order. This covers our technical plotter calibration, heavyweight material setups, and manual linear verification checks to ensure every print is perfectly accurate before shipping.
We officially support and recommend exporting your files as standard 2D DXF or DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or older formats). For optimal print outcomes, ensure all elements are drawn in real-world 1:1 scale, with overlapping line paths combined or cleaned. Avoid uploading files containing 3D meshes or solids.
We print using professional wide-format technical plotters specifically calibrated for tight linear scaling. Every print is verified for physical dimensional accuracy before shipping. As long as your CAD export units (Inches or Millimeters) and dimensions are correct, our printed output will match within micro-tolerances.
We want to make sure your templates are perfect. If there is a dimensional scaling error or physical shipping damage caused by our printing processes, we will reprint and ship your templates for free. Otherwise, due to the custom manufactured nature of each 1:1 template, all sales are final.
We take your design privacy and intellectual property seriously. Your uploaded CAD files (.dxf, .dwg) are stored securely on our encrypted servers for exactly 90 days after your print is completed. This provides a convenient window for you to request reprints or duplicate sets. After 90 days, your files are permanently and automatically deleted.
